Before I started working with Joe, I was trying to eat healthier and lose weight but I just couldn't get motivated! I've watched Joe on Great Day Connecticut and he had a linked posted for his program, I called him and was very impressed with what he had to say, I signed up for his 6 month program.

Your workouts are on an easy to use trainerize app. with a timer on it, you get different workouts every 4 weeks. If there is an exercise you have a problem with just tell Joe and he will change it for you. When I first started working out I had some hip pain and there were a couple exercises that hurt my hip, I told Joe and he changed the exercise immediately for me. He communicates easily with you and always tells you to contact him anytime with any issues you might have.
When I first looked at my exercises, I said to myself on some of them, I can't do that, but then tried it and was surprised that I could do it and after 4 weeks I have greatly improved on each exercise. Now after 4 months there is nothing I can't do, I've never lifted so much weight in all my life and I really love my workouts. Now that I am eating the right way, getting the proper amount of protein, fats, carbs, and caloriesand water! I am hardly ever hungry.
I have lost close to 14 lbs.and over 20", but I am not done yet to reach my full goals, but I know I will get there knowing I have the best coach, Joe Carabase, to help me! If you are on the fence about working with Joe Carabase, I would say go for it, I highly recommend him, it will be the one of best decisions you can make for yourself!
